I think this plant is group of Cyperacea. I found it in Lombok, Indonesia. can help me to identify? http://i971.photobucket.com/albums/ae197/ibal_88/unknown spesies in Selodong/SelodongspesiesZ.jpg http://i971.photobucket.com/albums/ae197/ibal_88/unknown spesies in Selodong/selodongspesiesW.jpg http://i971.photobucket.com/albums/ae197/ibal_88/unknown spesies in Selodong/SelodongspesiesO.jpg
Looks grass to me. Check these: Eleusine indica, Goose grass Digitaria sanguinalis, Crab grass Cynodon dactylon, Bermuda grass
i'm so glad for your help. I think that's right identification, there's some pictures on google that same with my grass. but can you tell me please about difference between Cynodon sp and Eleusine sp? thank you.
Eleusine: Spikelets with two or more florets Cynodon: Spikelets with only one floret I guess you need a microscope to tell them apart. At least not with my eyes...
okay, thanks for the information. have you research about the grass? you seem exactly expert in the grass identification.
Not at all! I am complete amateur and plants are my passion. Have few books, though, and good visual memory.
