I have a tree in a large pot on my lanai. I live in SW Florida and have the tree for year. Here are some details including attached pics: 1. The tree likes a shady area. 2. It consumes lots of water. 3. The tree is now booming. It sends a strand of green buds from the ends of many branches. Pansy-like small purple flowers with white edges start blooming in clusters from the top of each strand and continue to boom downward. Some branches put out three strands.
