I believe it is Pilosocereus pachycladus aka Pilosocereus azureus.

I have a very similar one, (mine's at least 30 years old, over 4 feet tall, kept as houseplant) does anyone know if this blooms/how to get it to bloom? I'm amazed that I haven't killed it, yet.

I live in eastern Ontario, and this cactus goes out to live on the south facing deck for the summer, and inside the patio door in full sun for the rest of the year. It has shown good growth over the past couple of years (after being repotted to a much larger pot)

They all bloom at some point, often with showy flowers. If yours seems like it's the same kind read up on it in books and on web sites to see if you can find some hints why yours has not produced yet.
