Help me ID this tree I saw in Argentina, blooming recently

    The tree was growing and in bloom in a town outside of Buenos Aires. It was the beginning of spring there. We asked around but no one could name it for us. Hopefully someone in this group would know. It was stunning, never mind the Coca Cola sign... You can see the tree is quite large because it towers over the building in front of it. A close up of the flowers should help out, I hope.
