help: japanese maple sick

hi guys

i have a mature japanese maple-cascading, red, dwarf maple that has its skin peeling off at certain areas, and there are some white circular spots on it. Aside from that, it seems to be growing fine. i am not sure but I think the maple is "inabe..."

i can post a picture if necessary.

Hi whit one funghicide,probably this white circular spots disappear but if send any pic is best!alex
