Hi all. Sorry to post twice.

I aquired this plant from a coworker. It was dying but I nursed it back to help. Does anyone know what it is? I have had no luck I identifying it on the web.

Thanks for any help you might be able to give me!! =)

Another picture of the leaves for you.

Yup, Schefflera. And none too happy, either. Check the pot and see if it's rootbound - if that's the case you need to repot.

Looks to be Schefflera actinophylla, the one with the larger leaves and trunk.
    S. arboricola is a smaller scheff.

What is the lovely flower visible over the top of the cubicle wall in the first photo? Looks like an orchid. ???

Yeah it's S. actinophylla and it's in need of a bit more light I'd say. This is a weed here and not for sale in Nurseries because of it's seeding habit and the fact that birds will spread the seed. That being said it's actually a native from here too!
