help in identifying my cactus

    Can anyone help identifying my cactus please. I bought it ablut 1 month ago, it had small purple flowers about 1 inch down from the top circling the entire circumference of the larger buds. these were dead when i bought it.

    probably a mammilaria. without seeing the flowers, can't be sure. looks nice and healthy, though :)
