I have tried everything to identify this plant including online resources/apps/reverse image searches with no luck. Anyone recognize it?
It looks like a Chrysanthemum. I believe they dip the stems in a dye which gets sucked up into the petals. chrysanthemum dyed turquoise - Google Search Micscape Microscopy and Microscope Magazine .
