Hi all. I need help IDing this tree. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures of the tree itself, but here are some photos of the important bits. We're thinking it is in the Rosaceae family, but after that we're lost. It appears that the flowers were pink with some white.

Cotoneaster. Probably C. acutifolius (Peking cotoneaster).

Aren't these the big quilted leaves of C. rehderi?

Scale and seeing the backs of the leaves would help, but yes, it could be one of the C. bullatus segregates.

It appears that down here the dominant naturalized one of that affiliation is C. rehderi.

Hello all! Here a few more pictures, one of their length and one of the backs of the leaves. There are some hairs on both sides of the leaves.
