Identification: Help Identifying

Hello All,
Attached is a photo of a plant a workmate has brought into work. It looks to be some type of vine like plant with variegated stems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like Peperomia obtusifolia, Baby Rubber Plant.
