Help Identifying two plants

I have a vine that is growing under my backyard deck. If it is a weed, I wish to remove it. But if the vine is a gourd-bearing plant, I wish to cultivate and control its massive spread under my deck. Can anyone advise me?

The next plant is a plant that grows right next to the vine. It is not wide spread, and I believe it is a product of my bird seed dispensor. But what plant is it?

Ipomoea hederacea I believe.

Ipomoea can really take over - would cover your house if you wanted to live in a vegetative hut....

 

Don't need a veggie hut, but could always use more vegetables. I will work on removing the Ipmoea though. It is not too wide spread yet, should not be a problem.
