Help identifying this creeper

Hello,

I bought this plant a while ago, I thought it was an Ixora originally but as it turns out, it is a creeper of some sort. Anyone know what it is?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Could it be some relative of Quisqualis?

I asked the (very friendly) people at http://www.westafricanplants.senckenberg.de, it is definitely not a Quisqualis. I am now leaning towards Ruspolia hypocrateriformis as suggested via email.
