I obtained these three succulents and they are having problems.

The first two look like they may have some kind of fungus on them? And they are shriveling some. The first one has beautiful blooms, but the main plant is just looking sad!

The third one just looks like it's very spindly and not doing well. I heard this was a sign of not enough light, but it's in pretty full sun. Could warmth be a factor?

I'm in San Francisco, and while I have these on a south-facing deck, it does get rather windy and chilly at night... it has also been more humid/rainy lately.

I'd love some help figuring out what's wrong and what to do to help these plants be healthy.

That is one funky set of plants, but you say they are in a south facing window or deck outside. The first two are an Echeveria of some sort, and the third is a Kalanchoe.

I wonder if it is actually severe sunburn and over fertilization. I would bring them inside into indirect bright light and see if they look better. No fertilizer, and water only if the pot is dry.

Hm... I have not been fertilizing them. Sunburn? How interesting. I can try bringing them inside for sure. Any other perspectives?

Succulents can easily get sunburned by just being put into full sun without warning. Its a very common problem. They just move their photosythentic bits closer to the surface when in darker places, farther inside when in lighter places.
