Help identifying plant

Hi group, need your help again to ID this plant growing in my neighbours garden, I hope the pictures are sufficient, this plant is about 4 feet tall.

I love all these cool plants not found here in the UK! Ambrosia, great name. And leaves like those of Artemisia!
