I have several desert rose seedlings ranging from 2" to 6" tall. Recently they've developed some type of pests on the underside of the leaves. They look like brown or yellow spots with the naked eye but under magnification they look like small bugs of some type. Can anyone identify these for me and possibly tell me how to get rid of them.
