Help identifying grapevine (?)

    Just bought a home and it appears to have a couple grapevines (growing over everything). If this a grapevine, and not an ivy, I'd like to clear the area and build a proper trellis.

    Note the picture where I'm revealing the base of the vines... they don't appear "woody", so maybe they're very young? Or again, perhaps these aren't grape vines at all...?

    I haven't seen fruit yet, either.

    Is this enough to identify? Or will it be practically impossible to identify without seeing fruit...?

    Looks like a grape to me, can't think of anything it might get confused with.
