This tree is growing in my parents back yard in Nova Scotia. It is approximately 10-15 feet tall. The leaves are sawtoothed and green. It is late October here and the leaves are still green and it has red/pinkish flowers on it with 4 petals. Only one flower hangs from each cluster of leaves. The flowers have an orange seed pod or fruit hanging from them. Any help would be muchly appreciated.
