I planted this plant/ground cover? in a garden about three years ago and it is a perennial (stays green year round), it has a very small light purple flower that comes out a couple of times a year. It has not spread very much. It is 2 inches in height and about 3 inches in diameter when planted, however now it is about 6 inches. I have looked everywhere and I can't seem to determine what it is. Any help is greatly appreciated.
