Its a Euphorbia x lomi hybrid. Often incorrectly called a Euphorbia milii hybrid in the horticultural trade but it is a selection of hybrids between E. milii and E. lophogona. Will need to see it in bloom for a more specific ID.
it is flowering,the stem branches off into a y with flowers on each end. 2 pink pedals with yellow center.
