These little insects are all over the leaves of my weeping birch. Also, it is infested with what seem to be flying aphids. Please help! They are sucking the life out of my tree, which is about 10-15 years old. Can anyone tell me what these are and how I can get rid of these pests? Thank you.

Could this insect perhaps be a type of ladybird beetle and is feeding on the aphids?
