Identification: Help identify tropical plants

    I suppose they are all tropical plants.

    Kindly help me identify these plants:
    The first one is more of a shrub, with star-shaped white flowers.

    The second one is grass-like, with tiny white flowers, prefer shady light to grow.

    The first one is a variegated form of Serissa foetida (Tree of a thousand stars or Snowrose).

    now i could properly take care of this plant.
    fyi, it's very easy to propagate: i just cut the tip last week and plant to soil, they are still growing till now
