HELP Identify tree in Mexico

    This is a tree growing in courtyard of Hotel los Arcos, in Taxco Mexico. It is very large with bipinnate leaves and large round pods. I would like to know what it is and if I can plant the pods, and if so, how do I sprout/germinate them?

    Probably Jacaranda.

    Note: not hardy outdoors in Missouri!
