Dear Forum: I do not know what variety of ficus this is. It was a gift about seven years ago when my father passed away. It has spent most of its time with me in N. Houston. It currently lives in Montgomery TX (US zip code 77356). We had a freeze in January while I was away and it spent the night covered but outside. It has been losing leaves since at least March 3 2011. Its soil is moist and it is outside.
