Help identify this dying succulent/cactus?

    Sorry, I can't help with the ID, but keeping a succulent in a dish without drainage is NOT a good idea. Drainage is the single most important part of growing a succulent. Move it to a small pot with a drain hole, use cactus/succulent soil that is not packed down, and let it dry out completely between waterings.

    It may be Kalanchoe tomentosa, Panda Plant.
