I had these herbaceous plants, growing to about 80cm. high. The leaves had slightodour. In winter the plant used to bear dirty looking whitish tufts of tiny flowers. Flowersshowed that the plant belongs to Compositae family. I shall be grateful if anybody could give me thescientific name of the plant.

It may not be A. abrotanum. The pictures show the foliage ro be very similar. However the stems seem to be hard-woody & brownish. My plant has almost herbaceous stems, at maturity, they become slightly hard but not woody.
