Please help me identify this tree/plant... It is about 6 feet tall, doesn't currently support itself, trunk diameter of maybe an inch, bamboo type trunk, with broad, spear like, green and white vertically striped leaves that are only one the top third of the plant, as u might be able to see in the pic, it is mostly stalk/trunk. I was just given it, and was told that its estimated age is 15 yrs, and when it was a baby it looked completely different.
Curious as to pruning and light and water recommendations, my sis and I have searched many images and cannot find an exact match.
Thank you so much for looking, and your help.

Looks like Dracaena fragrans (Deremensis Group). Don't know the exact cultivar though.

    Most likely 'Warneckei'

could also be 'White Stripe' but the care is the same...
~bright to moderate light (although I have several growing happily in low light)
~I usually water a small amount 2-3 times a week but things dry out quickly in my space
~pruning's not generally required unless it's too tall for the space in which case they will strike quite easily from stem and tip cuttings.
