Hello. I have inherited couple of plants and wanted to ask you to give me advice of how to take care of them. One is a sort of a palm tree and the other not so sure, it's a leafy medium size that's starting to have a bunch of yellowing leafs. So I'm attaching some photos. I've been told that the palm tree only needs watering once a week but not sure if it's the case and have no idea of the other one of the other one. In case it matters, i live in the upper east coast area so it's full winter now here, the plants are in a well heated room though, and there's good source of light next to the palm tree. Thanks!
