Help Identify 2 trees

    Hello,

    I am looking to identify two trees I have in my backyard, they are both flowering and about 30 feet tall. I have attached 2 pictures one of each with its leaves and flowers.

    Thanks alot I think you guys got it. the black locust tree it quite annoying with the root sucketing. I was considering getting rid of it but apparently it becomes a game of whack a mole if you do that.
