Identification: Help id this plant

    This plant is very similar to a burro's tail except the leaves are much thinner, they don't fall off when bumped and they have bulbs. It is slowly dying, I can't get the bulbs to reproduce and putting the leaves in the soil doesn't work either.

    Since no Crassulaceae are bulbous and no bulbs are Crassulaceous, you've completely lost me.

    Posting a picture would be really helpful.

    Asteraceae is the family Senecio radicans belongs to, and not a part of the individual species' name.

    Family: Asteraceae
    Genus: Senecio
    Species: radicans

    Senecio radicans doesn't have leaves thinner than Sedum morganianum. It doesn't have bulbs either.

    Would prefer to see a picture than blind guessing.
