Identification: Help ID this fragrant beauty.

    Hey everyone. A friend of mine was camping near Cache Creek BC and sent me this picture. Usually I'm decent at plant ID but this one is eluding me even though it's vaguely familiar. She says it's quite fragrant. Thanks.
