Help ID plant from Bonaire

    Can anyone help ID this plant? I found it on Bonaire, growing on a rocky coral beach. It was growing about 15-20ft from the waters edge. The beach had many of these growing, but there was nothing taller than 1 foot in height. Thanks for your help!
