Last year, I got a cutting of this 'cactus' from a really nice old woman (over 90) who owned a greenhouse/nursery. She said it was from her granddaughter who brought it back from Hawaii. It is a night bloomer and hers stood over 7 feet tall with LONG arching stems. The mother plant had 5 foot smooth and round stems about an inch thick with the leaves only on the end of that massive stem. Its bloom, coming from the leaves at the end of the stem, was about the size of a volley ball.

From the pictures I included, you can see mine (a small 3-foot version of hers, but only one year old) it's not the average Epiphyllum, especially considering the mother plant. Please don't laugh at my picture taking abilities!!! I just want to know the real name, if you could. Thanks!!!

It's not the night blooming cereus. I haven't seen a picture of one that looks like it.

And I know I've got mealy bugs!
