Help! Do you know this tree?

    Hi,
    Moved into our new home a month ago (Ottawa area, Ontario) and have a wonderful tree out front....BUT we and our neighbors have never seen it before, I am attaching photos and hope that someone out there has knowledge of this tree. I really need to learn about it as it is in need to trimming and I do not want to damage the tree.
