Please help me id these. The first popped up a few days ago and has a purple flower every day or every other day. It might be a "weed" but I love it! The second are tall weeds that are trying to take over. They grow quite tall (3 ft or more) and get to be hard and woody when dead if not cut down. Please let me know what they are called and any advice you have for getting rid of them for good.
