help! bad reaction to unknown plant

    I've Been walking through the woods with high weeds every where. all over my arms and legs are large patches of red the are incredibly hot to the touch. It stings Mildly but Is not swollen at all. My only Idea of what I could be is wild parsnip but I'm not sure. I know this is most likely the wrong site to post on but I'm a bit desperate...
    please help

    Compare your wild parsnip with Heracleum.

    Particularly Heracleum mantegazzianum (Giant Hogweed).

    Otherwise, maybe Poison-ivy.
