Identification: Help any know this plant?

    I brought this plant at wal-mart on 10-14-08 and it has no name on it.Does anyone have any idea.Trying to find out what it is;cause it has some brown spots on the leaves.

    Looks like Dracaena reflexa 'Variegata', Song of India.
