Hello and HELP ME

  1. Hi to you all. First, I'd like to say that I've always loved David Tarrant's Canadian Gardener, it inpsired us to attempt gardening and so far it's been pretty successful. But... I've taken on more than I can handle. We committed to a big landscape project on our 2 acres north of Duncan, BC (zone 7) and a new baby at the same time. Baby won out, of course. Now, we're a little behind on the landscaping. She's two now and gardening is the perfect hobby to keep me outside with her. I've unsuccessfully looked over the internet to find out about direct seeding in fall that can still be done now for plants in spring. Any help and links would be appreciated. Lilly and Bubby

Hello Lilly and Bubby, welcome to the forums. Wow, sounds like you've got your work cut out for you - such a large area to plant and little ones as well. I am sure you will get some response to your fall seeding question in the thread you posted in the Hortboard. Good luck!
