Number 1 Loropetalum chinensis I believe
2 I'm not sure perhaps an Ornithogalum of sorts?

Loropetalum shown is chlorotic and sparse. Better examples have more leaves of better appearance, green or purplish.

The ribbing of the leaves and the conical shape of the individual flowers makes me wonder about the other belonging to Ornithogalum. It also appears to have a creeping rootstock, perhaps this is also a disqualification.
