I think Bluewing is right. There's a thread on this forum that discussed A. juvenna versus A. squarrosa (squarrosa had recurved leaves, for one thing). You might check it out; several pics of both species were provided.
I have all the documentation on Aloe juvenna and A.squarrosa to be able to tell them apart without question and have experience with them both first hand. The species has an interesting story behind it that I will not go into here. The plant will become columnar and clump forming with age. The flowers are orange not yellow. Aloe jucunda has shiny turgid leaves without prickles on the surface. To confuse things, there is also a hybrid between A.juvenna and A.jucunda that was created by Tegelberg in California several years ago.
