You may be doing nothing wrong. Could be just the change in environment from where you got it. Too much sunlight, too much or too little water, too warm, not good enough air circulation, or even bugs in the soil or airborne. Generally best to water from the bottom, not too wet. Maybe check the base of the stems for a grey mould indicating botrytis and look at the top of the tuber to see if it is sound. They do go dormant later in the spring and lose their leaves, assuming you have a florists cyclamen, cyclamen persicum.

If put in a saucer, near full of water, the plant will draw the water up. You could plunge the pot to below the tuber level if the potting soil seems extremely dry, but be sure it drains well after watering. You're welcome, hope it helps.

Can't see that it looks that bad in the pic, wonder how the roots are? you could check to see if the tuber is solidly rooted. Fungus gnat grubs will eat the roots, but you would likely notice the adults flying around. Similar to fruit flies.

maybe, especially if it was cooler before you got it. maybe a little shocked and taking time to adjust to a new environment. most cyclamen go dormant with the warming temperatures in the spring, and lose their leaves, then come out of dormancy with cooler temps. Other than c. purpurascens, an outdoor plant, which is evergreen and summer to fall blooming ,generally. Interesting plants, which can remain dormant for 2-3 years sometimes. maybe yours will adjust. Not sure how all the hybrids behave.
