    Hi,

Does anyone know about the hardiness of Purdom's poplar? Thinking of growing it in approx zone 7. Thanks for any info...

Thanks Michael, efloras was down for me yesterday. Your point is a good one, my P. szechuanica had been growing well, having survived a historically cold winter, but seems to have been killed off by the hard and late frost this year (combined with pseudomonas...) The little P. lasiocarpa survived though and I am trying szechuanica again as it's a cracking looking poplar.

    cheers,
