Love your photos of your garlic, I too grow garlic, not sure what kind though, my mother brought it over from Italy over 50 years ago and grows enough to use and resow each fall she sent me some 20 years ago as a wedding gift(great sense of humour) and I've been growing since. I'm sure it's a hardneck variety. It's not as all as yours yet, but by the end of August it impressess my neighbours. One ? though, I notice that you grow your in a slightly raised bed, how deep do you plant your cloves?

Planting depth is about four inches. Raised beds are only to improve surface water drainage. I probably don't need them now, since I have installed buried drainage tile ditches, and now all the surface water is adequately removed. I always use my best cloves for seed each year.

Wood chips obtained free of charge from the city last Fall were used to mulch the garlic bed. This will maintain moisture and tends to inhibit weed growth.
