Half of my Jade plants leaves are flat

    I purchased my Jade in June, 2013 and immediately transplanted it and since then half of my plant has nice plump leaves and the other half are flat like they need to be watered. The pic with 2 plants is from when I first got it, and the other from this morning. Any help is appreciated.

    They make the flat leaves in shade, indoor specimens here are often entirely flat-leaved.

    Thank you for your reply. I'm learning a lot since I purchased my Jade. I know now where to look for answer's.
