Half Moon tree

    Is anyone familiar with a tree called half moon/ full moon/ blue moon???? I know it had moon in the name but can't anything on the internet about it

    Try Acer japonicum Full-moon maple

    I Have Junipers Called Blue Moon Or Moon Glow - They Are A Blue Green Need Full Sun And Are Slow Growers. I Live In N.East US And They Do Well. Hope This Helps

    Acer japonicum (syn. shirasawanum) Aureum

    There are a number of Japanese Maple cultivars that call themselves full moon maples.
    Become familiar with the shape of the leaf of the plant named at the head of this response. The shape of the leaf is quite distinct as is the brilliant color. This is a very slow growing plant that must have shade. It is more difficult to find than many. It is similar to our Native Vine Maple.

    I just saw a picture of this tree and it is quite stunning. It's not cheap either!
