I have acquired seeds which i thought were from a Gymea lily, after some research i doubt that now. The seeds are a green bulb that starts to sprout before it even drops from the plant. The plant looks like a Gymea lily, has a huge stem through the centre(about 20ft tall) with arms coming off that the seeds fall from.It has a red flower at the top of stem.It drops heaps of seed and they will start growing on their own around the base of the plant if left. Can somebody help identify please??

It certainly sounds like one, but can you post a pic to confirm?
