Growing in my yard

    These two plants appeared in my yard while I was away vacationing this summer. Can anyone tell me what they are and if they are worth keeping or maybe their just weeds and i'm excited over nothing. The first one (1st & 2nd pic) grows like a vine and the second one(actually the third pic) started out small, but seems to be evolving into a tree of some sort. I live in SE Pennsylvania. Thanks!

    Thanks a bunch 1 and 2 are definitely acalypha and it was hard to tell if the third is correct from internet images, but the seeds depicted are always stuck to mychildrens clothing and my dog so I am pretty sure you all get an A+ as usual. Green blessings!!!!
