Hi, I am not sure if this the right place to post this. I have four established Concord grape vines and one just starting. The four vines have been bearing fruit for several years, except for one which has not provided fruit for the past two years. This vine seems to develop leaves now in the Spring like the others, except that inside the new leaves there is a cluster of grape buds (see photos). My thoughts are that this vine produces these grape buds too soon, and the buds open to tiny flowers but do not get pollinated. Not sure what the problem is or what to do about it. JL
