I have a grape that wasn't doing so well after two years in the ground so I took it out and put it into a large pot tied to a 10 ft bamboo pole. It seems to like its new home, but now I am wondering how best to support it and train it as a standard?
The RHS book Grapes - Indoors & Out by Harry Baker and Ray Waite has a couple of pages on growing grapes in pots as standards. It's available at the Vancouver Public Library.
