Fast growing very often equals invasive. I don't know about all the plants you mention, but Perywinkle is considered very invasive. From my experience, I would recommend: Barren strawberry Waldsteinia fragarioides Whitley's Speedwell Veronica whitleyi all kinds of low growing Sedums and Thymes Creeping Phlox Phlox subulata Moneywort Lysimachia nummularia
