Identification: Green Indoor Houseplant

    I had recently came across a plant that looked just like the type my Grandmother, now deceased, use to grow. I really need to find out what type of plant this is in order to know what I am doing wrong because the plant is beginning to die. I would really appreciate assistance.

    Dracaena fragrans 'Compacta'.
    Your grandmother may possibly have grown the similar larger version, Dracaena fragrans 'Janet Craig'. :)
